myLot Discussions| Do you think Brady Quinn was a good pick for the Browns? | | I do. I think the need another guy to challenge Fry and Anderson so we get the best of the three. Maybe now that the O line has picked up some good guys, a good QB can do the job of passing instead of protecting himself. What do you think?
| | gonna sell the browns? | | well word has it we may lose the browns yet another time. i for one can not believe all the problems us fans have had with the team. why cant we ever get lucky and get a team that is home for good and maybe a winning one. cant they see we need a decent coach thats first and foremost. please someone explain to me why? | |
| | The MVP of the Browns | | Even though the browns had another losing season, there is always good that comes out it. The 2006 Cleveland Browns MVP was Kamerion Wimbley the rookie OLB. Who do you think the MVP of the Clevelands Browns is? | |
| | Who will be the top 5 picks in the NFL Draft? | | Ok I will give you the teams along with my predictions. I'm just interested in what you all think! Oh and remember Cleveland and Tampa are flipping next year for 3rd pick.
My Picks
1. Oakland Raiders - JaMarcus Russell, QB, LSU
One thing Oakland has never had is a mobile quarterback that throws better than he can run. This would be a great pick for Oakland.
2. Detroit Lions - Troy Smith, QB, Ohio State
Troy Smith showed what he could do this year and has won the Heisman Trophy. I personally believe Russell is a better QB on a worse team right now so I think Troy Smith will be chosen 2nd.
3. Cleveland Browns - Aaron Ross, CB, Texas
Cleveland has a young QB, a veteran line, a productive RB, a tight end, and 3 good WR so now it is time to beef up the defense. Who better than the 2 time Jim Thorpe award winner.
4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Calvin Johnson, WR, Georgia Tech
I think Calvin Johnson will leave for the draft this year and do a great job in the draft. Tampa Bay has some Old receivers and its time to start a new Generation of them. I believe Johnson is the best receiver in the draft right now.
5. Washington Redskins - Paul Posluszny, LB, Penn StatePaul Posluszny...
| | Will the Browns ever win a Super Bowl? | | Will the Browns ever win a Super Bowl? I do not see it happening any time soon. They need an enema. Clean house and start again. Guys, it is not working with Romeo. Start there and then start getting some players in there who can WIN. This is the NFL ... there are great players available as well as coaches. | |
| | | | Badgers in the NFL | | There are some pretty good NFL players from Wisconsin! Examples Casey Rabach, center for the Washington Redskins,Chris Chambers for the San Diego Chargers,Jim Sorgi,Peyton Manning's backup in Indianapolis,Joe Thomas, guard for the Cleveland Browns and Mark Tauscher right tackle for the Green Bay Packers. The Wisconsin Badgers will keep on producing some of the best NFL players for a very long time! | |
| | Joke: A Kid Divorces His Parents | | There was this kid who wanted to divorce his parents, so he takes them to court. The judge says, "Do you want to live with your dad?"
The kid says "no! he beats me!"The judge says,"Do you want to live with your mom?" "No! She beats me too!".So the judge says, "Who do you want to live with then?"The kid says, "The Cleveland Browns...they can't beat anybody!"Hope, you like! - Borat:D
| | NFL Predictions and Michael Vick | | It is expected to be a very interesting football year, full of possible redemption and maybe a great player playing past his prime. Real life intruded into the Football world and brought tragedy and drama over the summer. Most tragic, Former All pro quarterback,Steve McNair of the Tennessee Titans and Baltimore Ravens, lost his life in a senseless, murder suicide. It is a reminder that even in the most stratisfied air of professional football, the players are not immune to the everyday problems all of us encounter.Dante Stallworth, wide receiver for the Cleveland Browns was convicted of vehicular manslaughter and suspended from the NFL for the entire 2009-2010 season. Plexico Buress, former wide receiver for the 2008 Champion Giants, shot his way out of the league and is getting prepared to spend significant time in prison for illegal gun possesion and other charges. Many others encountered problems. Pacman Jones finally wore out his welcome and Terrell Owens is hanging on by a thread now in Buffalo.Brett Farve has added more fire on the drama meter with his continuing retirement saga. Is he retired or is he not? Who is he playing for this year? The Packers, The Jets or... | |
